Well I am pleased to report that you kept your 2016 resolution — by the millions! Over the past year our members have borrowed over $40 million in loans, saved an additional $10 million in deposits and made over 2 million Visa debit card transactions. You have conveniently deposits thousands of checks using Mobile My Deposit, transferred money at no charge to other financial institutions and conducted millions of ATM transactions nationwide.
Thousands of members have also visited our new website, called our Member Contact Center, used our month survey and member feedback tools, attended Once Source Wednesday webinar programs, participated in our Team Up and Win Member Referral programs and supported our various financial education contests and community programs.
We look forward to working with you and providing you with even more new products and resources in the coming year.
