First off, make sure you're signed up for Online Banking. Then, download our app for your device. Here's a simple guide for your convenience.

From there, the world is yours. Well, at least access to your accounts is.

  • View balances quickly with the Instant Balance feature
  • See all your account balances and transactions at a glance
  • Securely transfer money between accounts
  • Pay and keep track of bills - even cancel scheduled payments
  • Send, receive or request money
  • Deposit checks remotely using your smartphone
  • Find the nearest CommonWealth One branch or ATM

When you're far from a branch and can't get online, you can still check on your accounts through text. Use short code 59289 to access your balance and recent transactions quickly.

Here's what else you can do:

  • HELP = Help on keywords & contact information
  • BAL = Current account balances
  • HIST + Account Nickname (HIST C1) = Account transaction history
  • ATM + ZIP CODE = Nearby ATMs
  • BRANCH + ZIP CODE = Nearby Branches
  • STOP = Cancel Text Message Banking
