Below you will find information on our holiday and special event closures as well as a reminder about our convenient remote services.

Special Branch Hours of Operation

Please take note of the upcoming changes to our normal hours of operation:

• • Effective January 7, 2023 — Our Main Branch and Harrisonburg Regional Branch’s hours of operation will change.  Click here to view the new hours of operations.
  • Monday, January 16 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
  • Thursday, January 26 — All credit union branches and the contact center will open at 10:00 a.m. due to an all staff meeting.
  • Monday, February 20 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of President's Day.
  • Monday, May 29 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
  • Monday, June 19 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.
  • Tuesday, July 4 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
  • Monday, September 4 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
  • Monday, October 9 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Columbus Day.
  • Friday, November 10 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day.
  • Thursday, November 23 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
  • Monday, Decmber 18 to Monday, January 8, 2024 — Our GAO Branch will be closed for the holiday season.
  • Monday, December 25 — All credit union branches and the contact center will be closed in observance of Christmas Day.

Please Note: Our James Madison University and Alexandria City High School branches follow the holiday break schedules for their respective school calendars. 

• • Monday, November 20 to Friday, November 26 — Our James Madison University Branch will be closed in accordance with their Fall Break.
  • Wednesday, November 22 to Friday, November 26 — Our Alexandria City High School Branch will be closed in accordance with their Fall Break.
  • Monday, December 18 to Friday, December 31 — Our Alexandria City High School Branch will be closed in accordance with their Winter Break.
  • Thursday, December 21 to January 2, 2024 — Our James Madison University Branch will be closed in accordance with their Winter Break.
