Important Update: ACH Processing Changes Coming April 15

Your ACH Transactions May Be Posting — But Are They Right?

We are updating our ACH processing procedures on April 15 to expedite your access to funds. ACH transactions include direct deposits and automated debits that post to your account.

What’s Changing?

Starting April 15, ACH deposits and payments with incorrect or mismatched account details will no longer process and will be returned to the sender. While your transactions might be posting now, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re set up correctly.

Why This Matters

If your ACH transactions (like direct deposits or bill payments) are linked to an incorrect account number or the wrong account type, they may fail to process after the change takes effect.

What You Should Do

To prevent any interruptions, take a few minutes to verify your account details with your payroll, social security, creditors, service providers, etc. today. We’ve made it easy:

• Check Your Account Number – Make sure it matches what’s on file.
• Confirm Your Routing Number – Double-check you’re using the correct one for CommonWealth One – Routing#  256078365
• Review Account Type – Ensure you’ve selected the right type (checking or savings) for your transaction.
