Data Deletion Request
To delete your online profile with CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, you may call us at any time at (800) 424-3334.
Deleting your online profile means that we will remove access to you and any other persons with access to your profile via our online site or mobile apps. You will no longer have online access to your accounts, and you will no longer be able to utilize online statements, bill pay, remote deposit or other services provided by our site.
Removing access may take up to two weeks and when access is removed, any future dated or recurring transactions set up through your online profile will be deleted and cancelled. You may access your account until this process is completed.
As a regulated industry, we are required by law to retain data about your online profile for a period of no less than 3 years. Therefore, deleting your online profile will not delete all the historical records associated with your existing enrollment.
