Official Rules Better Together Member Giveaway
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing will not increase your odds of winning. Commonwealth One Federal Credit Union’s Better Together Giveaway (“Raffle”) is governed by these official rules. By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees to these official rules. Results of the promotion are final in all respects. The promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase necessary.
RAFFLE PERIOD: The Raffle begins 9:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2026 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 (the “Raffle Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Raffle is open to CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union members and CommonWealth One Formerly Arlington Community Federal Credit Union members at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who successfully fulfill the requirements of entry.
The following are not eligible to participate: a) employees of CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union and CommonWealth One Formerly Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (the “Sponsor”), its advertising agencies; and b) the immediate family members of these individuals, and those with whom they reside, whether related or not.
HOW TO ENTER: There is one way to enter for a chance to win:
- Enter: To enter, you must fill out an entry form. This is provided via QR code on the giveaway announcement at Credit Union branch locations. All qualified entries will be identified and verified by the Credit Union Marketing Department, whose judgment of sweepstakes eligibility based on credit union records is final. Only one (1) entry allowed per person. All qualified alternate entries will be identified by the Credit Union Marketing Department, whose judgment of eligibility is final.
WINNER SELECTION: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries timely received by CommonWealth One. Winners will be selected during the course of the promotion as follows: The potential winners will be contacted by the CommonWealth One Marketing Department via email or phone to verify they wish to accept the prize and responsibilities associated with winning the prize. If winners do not respond back to CommonWealth One within 48 hours of notification, another winner will be chosen.

A total of five (5) winners will be mailed their prize within (10) business days of the drawing conducted for the qualifying period. Limit one prize per person during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the eligible pool of entries to receive the prizes. This is an approximate value of $400 per gift totaling $2,218 in total prize money.
In the event a winner of the prize is a contestant who does not meet Sweepstakes requirements, the Credit Union has the right to draw one or more additional entries until the prize can be awarded to qualified entrants. Prizes are not transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize value will be reported to the IRS, and state and local tax authorities if required by applicable law, and the recipient is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on the Prize. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
