Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Winter Food Drive
January 15, 2022 - March 31, 2022
“People Helping People” is the principle foundation of our core values at CommonWealth One and the cornerstone of the credit union movement. This philosophy has shaped the way we do business, from the products and services we offer you and the financial education programs we institute.
Annually, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a day of service to support to those in need within our community. This year, we are hosting a winter food drive.
January 15 through March 31, we’re asking you to team up with us to raise $5,000 in our MLK Jr. Day of Service Winter Food Drive. All proceeds will benefit food banks in the greater Washington D.C. area through the Capital Area Food Bank and in the Harrisonburg area through Mercy House. You can make a monetary donation by using the link below.
