Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Winter Food Drive

January 19 - February 28

“People Helping People” is the principle foundation of our core values at CommonWealth One and the cornerstone of the credit union movement. This philosophy has shaped the way we do business, from the products and services we offer you and the financial education programs we institute.

This year, we are partnering with Arlington Community Federal Credit Union to raise $5,000 in food and monetary donations for the Capital Area Food Bank.

Now through February 28, we’re asking you to team up with us for our MLK Jr. Day of Service Winter Food Drive. All proceeds will benefit food banks in the greater Washington D.C. area through the Capital Area Food Bank and in the Harrisonburg area through Mercy House. In addition to monetary donations, we will also be collecting non-perishable food items at designated branches. We invite you to drop off your donations at the branch locations noted below.
